Entrematic’s New Air Infiltration Option Meets ASHRAE 90.1, IECC© & CA Title 24 Requirements

WINSTON-SALEM, NC (MARCH 27, 2019)—Entrematic has introduced a new Air Infiltration option for polyurethane insulated doors that meets building energy efficiency standards: ASHRAE 90.1, IECC® 2015 and California Title 24 2016 requirements.

The new AI L-Type Header Seal has four flexible fins to seal the header and the new AI Reverse Angle Jamb Seal provides an additional outward facing flap to help tightly seal the opening.  The new Air Infiltration option is available for the Amarr 2042, 2743, 2742 and 2741 and will be available for Amarr 3040 later this year.

“Our new air infiltration option is available to dealers as a parts line item in Amarr Dealer e-Tools,” Entrematic vice president of marketing Vickie Lents said. “We also have a Polyurethane Commercial product brochure available for dealers to download from  Dealers who have questions about the Air Infiltration option should contact their local Entrematic Door Center or sales manager.”
